In the even that something has gone wrong or your purchase has arrived to you damaged please read our policies below prior to contacting us.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is the LEMURIA. refund policy?

If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, you may exchange your item for another item of the same or greater value online.

Our normal return period is 14 days form date of purchase.

Full Terms and Conditions

  • items must be returned in new condition

  • proof of purchase is required

  • refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned

  • Online orders can be exchanged via the reply paid address

  • eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Please also note, LEMURIA. Support Service will require photos of any item(s) that arrive to you in a damaged condition on the day of arrival.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given under this Special Warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies you many have under a law in relation to Special Warranty Products.

In terms of the expense of making a claim under either the Special Warranties or the Australian Consumer Law:

  • If you are making a claim under the Special warranty, you will be required to pay the cost of making a claim.

  • If you are making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, you will not be required to pay the cost of making a claim.

How can I return an online order?

Please contact our Support Service Team via email and provide the following information:

  • Online order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in a damaged condition
